Kolade Morakinyo is a seasoned professional with over two decades of distinguished experience across the financial, communication, audit, taxation, consultancy, and oil and gas sectors.

Commencing his career at NNPC, where he earned accolades as the best Corp Member, Kolade had consistently delivered exceptional results. His tenure at the Professional Imports Duty Administrators (PIDA), operating under the auspices of Balogun Badejo & Co (Chartered Accountants) in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Finance, was marked by strategic initiatives that significantly boosted revenue, minimized leakages, and optimized port operations. Notably, he facilitated the recovery of over N12 billion in debit notes for the Federal Government during his tenure as PIDA buff.

Kolade has held pivotal roles at some prestigious organisation including Tele Ogunjobi & Co. (Chartered Accountants), ATL Communications & Advertising Ltd, Guardian Express Assurance Ltd, and Index Asset Management Ltd. His extensive expertise is underscored by esteemed Fellowships from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). This is in addition to memberships of Certified Institute of Forensic Professional Accountants (Canada), the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (UK), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), the Association of Pension Funds of Nigeria (APFN), and the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN).

Academically, Kolade holds Ph.D. in Accounting from Nasarawa University; MSc (2.1) and B.Sc. (2.1) also in Accounting from the University of Lagos, along with an H.N.D (2.1) in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. His professional journey includes distinguished positions such as Heads of Internal Audit and Risk Management at Future Unity Glanvills Pensions Ltd, and First Guarantee Pensions at a different time. He was once the Chief Auditor in the Nigeria Police Force Pensions, and due to his dedication, passion and unwavering commitment to excellence and attention to detail, he was engaged to be the Chief Risk Officer of the Organisation.

Renowned for his leadership qualities in strategic foresight, meticulous planning, and adept utilization of information and communications technology, coined in humility and integrity, all of which position him as a driving force in organizational success, Dr. Kolade was considered worthy to be the Managing Director/CEO of Nigeria Police Force Pensions.

A seasoned and distinguished professional with core competencies and expertise in budgeting, investment and financial management, business development, customer relationship management, corporate strategy as well as Human Resources management functions, Mr. AbdulKareem Shehu Gezawa has a diversified cognate experience of over thirty (30) years, acquired from reputable private and public sector organizations cutting across the Nigeria’s Banking, Insurance and Pension industries.

Currently serving as the Executive Director (Investment), Mr. Gezawa is saddled with the responsibility of day-to-day supervisory oversight as well as providing strategic and directional leadership to three (3) core Departments in the Company namely, Finance and Accounts, Investment Management, and Contributions and Collections. He had earlier served as our pioneer Executive Director (Operations) between 2015 and 2024 when he supervised four (4) Departments of Admin. and Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Business Development, and ICT.

Mr. Gezawa is an Alumni of the prestigious Harvard Business School (HBS), Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America (USA) having attended “Course 196” of her Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Year 2019.

His professionalism, strategic vision, high competence, operational excellence and outstanding leadership skills are further enriched by his attendance of numerous executive education programs at some other renowned institutions in the United States of America (USA), France and United Kingdom (UK) such as The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia; Kellogg School of Management, North-Western University, Chicago; INSEAD (the Business School for the World), Fontainebleau–France; The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), London; and Said Business School (SBS), University of Oxford, UK.

During the course of his professional journey and career, and to boost his productivity, Mr. Gezawa has acquired the membership of many Professional Institutes/bodies in Nigeria which include Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA); Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), Fellow Certified National Accountant (FCNA), Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN); Associate, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS); and Life Member, Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria (MCIoD).

He also holds Masters in Banking & Finance (MBF) as well as B.A.(Ed) Economics (Upper Second Class Honours) degrees, both obtained from Bayero University Kano (BUK), topping his class in each. During both his educational pursuit and professional career, Mr. Gezawa has obtained many awards to his credit.

Before bringing his diverse wealth of experience to the Board of NPF Pensions Limited in 2015, he had worked with the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) between 2009 and 2015, where he attained the position of Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts Directorate) from which he voluntarily resigned. During his Public Service career, he represented NAICOM in many strategic National Committees/sensitive assignments.

In his previous roles, Mr. Gezawa has, between years 2006 and 2009, held the positions of Head, Investment Departments in both the then Apt Pension Funds Managers Ltd and Penman Pensions Ltd (now Tangerine Apt Pensions Ltd) Abuja.

After his national youth service (NYSC) in 1992, Mr. Gezawa started his career in the banking industry which spanned to year 2006, within which period he acquired broad experience in Banking Operations; Credit Packaging, Financial Analysis, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, in different commercial banks, attaining the position of Kano Branch Manager in the then Assurance Bank of Nigeria Ltd.

Priscillia O. Egede-Njowusi is a graduate of Delta State University Abraka where she obtained her Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in English (Education) and Industrial Relations in 1992 and 2000 respectively.

She possesses extensive background of over 31 years post qualification experience with over a decade long career in Journalism and later in Pension Fund Administration spanning Business Development & Marketing, Media Consultancy, Corporate Branding, Stakeholder Engagement & Management, and Corporate Communications and Brand Management at the highest levels.

Before joining NPF Pensions Limited, She worked at Trustfund Pensions Limited from 2009 to 2024, with over 14 years at Middle and Senior Management levels working across Corporate Affairs and Communications, Brand Management, Business Development and Marketing functions. She has also put in a decade of robust journalism career, as the Staff Labour Correspondent of Guardian Newspaper from 1994 to 2005 where She provided media coverage for the Organized Labour during the Fola Adeola Committee that culminated in the birthing of the Contributory Pension Scheme.

Priscillia has negotiated new businesses and closed deals, and also managed key strategic accounts. She is an ardent identifier and developer of latent skills, continues to develop and raise new leaders by providing consistent coaching, mentoring and guidance to colleagues around her space.

She is an alumnus of the Prestigious Corporate Affairs Academy of Said Business School, Oxford University United Kingdom. She is also an alumnus of the prestigious International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP), the United States Department of State’s Premier Professional Exchange Programme. She has attended several Leadership and Management trainings at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania USA, United and Lagos Business School.

She has passion for Charity Work, Advocacy in the area of Gender Based Issues. Travelling, Cooking, Music and Writing.

She is to oversee the newly created Corporate Services Directorate.

Muhammad Dutse is a seasoned professional with over two decades of proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Adept at driving organizational growth, optimizing processes, and fostering high-performing teams. Strong analytical and decision-making skills combined with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Mr, Dutse is well-known for managing large teams, executing complex projects, and delivering impactful results. As the Executive Director in charge of the Operations Directorate, he is responsible for overseeing three departments namely: Human Resources and Administration, Information and Communication Technology, and Operations.

He is a graduate of Computer Science from Federal University of Technology (ATBU) Bauchi and is currently a postgraduate student of Leadership and Sustainability with the prestigious Robert Kenedy College, Zurich.

Mr. Dutse is highly skilled in various technologies including Database Management and Administration, Database development and programming, ICT Project Management and Implementation, Application Design and Programming, Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence, Data Center Management and Disaster Recovery Implementation, IT Security, and Ethical Hacking.

He is a member of various technology platforms and groups including the renowned IDC CIOs (International Data Corp) and had been involved in the implementation of various technologies in the Pension Industry.

Prior to his appointment as the Executive Director Operations at NPF Pensions Limited, Mr. Dutse was a pioneer staff of both NPF Pensions Limited and Sigma Pensions Limited where he worked for more than eighteen years in the ICT departments of the two companies.

Ikechukwu G. Utazi is a seasoned lawyer and an alumnus of Nnamdi I Azikiwe University and the Nigerian Law School. He was the best student in the Faculty of Law of his alma mater in his graduating set.

Ike Utazi, prior to joining NPF Pensions, was serving in the Legal Department of the Nigeria Police at Force Headquarters, Abuja. He was a member of the Project Team that worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Ltd. (the Consulting firm engaged by the Police authorities) to undertake the whole processes for the establishment of NPF Pensions Limited and the eventual grant of a PFA license by the National Pension Commission.

He is a stickler for excellence and his involvement from inception has been of immense benefits to NPF Pensions and its stakeholders.

As Company Secretary, he is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Company Secretariat and overseeing the Governance and related statutory compliance/reporting issues. He also doubles as Head of the Legal Department of the Company.

Barrister Utazi has attended trainings in Corporate Governance, Management and Legal matters at the Kellogg school of Management (USA), Lagos Business School, Society for Corporate Governance, Financial Institutions Training Centre, Nigeria Institute of Advance Legal Studies, among others. He is a member of many professional bodies such as Nigeria Bar Association, Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Administration of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Fraud Examiners, Computer Forensics Institute, Nigeria.

He is married and the marriage is blessed with five wonderful children (three boys; two girls). His hobbies include reading, motivational speaking, football and philanthropy. He is the Chairman of Mama Eliza Utazi Discovery Foundation which is committed to fostering of the dreams of helpless youth and children in the society.

QARIBULLAH A. ARABI, CPAM

Qaribullah has over 16 years of industry experience. Before Joining NPF Pensions Ltd, he had spent 5years with Apt Pensions Ltd and 3years with First Alliance Pensions Ltd (now ARM Pension Managers Ltd) both as head of investment, performing broad functions across investment strategies and executions, portfolio construction, management, and related miscellaneous duties. He has attended various courses on investment management both within and outside the country.

He holds BSc Econs (UNIMAID), a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (ABU Zaria), and undergoing an MSC program. He is a qualified Chartered Pension Analyst Manager (CPAM) of the American Association of Financial Management and; a CFA student member.

LAWAN BAMUSA, FCIA, HCIB

Lawan Bamusa is the Head of Administration and Human Resources.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from the University of Maiduguri and also a Master’s degree Holder in Industrial Relations from the same University.

He went into a Private Business, before proceeding to join the former Inland bank Plc as a Credit Officer at its Head Office Branch in Lagos. He was moved to the Operations Unit of the same Bank, from where he rose to become the Head of Operations of some branches in Lagos,Nasarawa and Gombe respectively.

The banking reforms and mergers in 2006 saw the emergence of First Inland Bank Plc and later FIN Bank, where he served as a Branch Manager of one of the Branches in Gombe and also Relationship Manager at an FCMB Branch in same location. His area of strength while in the Banking sector was in Retail Banking and Operations.

He left the services of FCMB Ltd in 2014 as a Relationship Manager to join NPF Pensions Limited as Pioneer Head, Administration and Human Resources.

He has to his credit of more than 15 years’ experience in Banking before joining NPF Pensions Ltd and has attended courses related to his profession some of which at the Prestigious London School Of Economics and Political Science, LSE and the Lagos Business School (LBS).

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration, FCIA and also a Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria,CIBN.

A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Full Member, Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (ILRM) an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, with over 24 years’ experience (out of which 18 years were at Management level and of which 14 years were as HOD in pension industry), spanning Financial Control, Internal Audit, Management and Risk Management, garnered in various sectors of the economy.

Prior to joining NPF Pensions Limited in 2014, Mr. Yinusa had worked with three different PFAs between 2007 and 2014; CRIB Pension, CrusaderSterling Pensions and AIICO Pension Managers Limited. Prior to the Pension industry experience, he had worked with Clariant Nigeria Limited (Former Sandoz) and Daltrade Nigeria Limited.

Mr. Yinusa is a 1994 graduate of Accounting, from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, holds a B.Sc Accounting from Tansian University, Anambra State and also holds an MBA from LAUTech, Ogbomoso.

He is happily married with children.

This is based on his extensive experience in Management, strong knowledge of Investments, and excellent analytical skills, combined with strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of customers’ needs. His track record of cost management and controls, and a clear ability to organise a team effectively and motivate teams to deliver great results, are quite enviable.

Dr. Ogunlade is a philanthropist and is engaged in humanitarian activities. He is currently a Past Assistant Governor of Rotary International District 9112, Nigeria, amongst others. Adekunle Joel has a passion for youth development, using his life story that prove that impossibilities don’t exist for youth engagement, encouragement, and mentoring. he has built and is still building many leaders.

Abdulkadir Oshioke Elliot is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with over 20 years of progressive experience spanning the pension, power, and manufacturing sectors. He brings a wealth of expertise in fund accounting, operational risk management, and internal audit to NPF Pensions Limited.

Elliot joined NPF Pensions Limited in 2018 as Head, Fund Accounts Unit, where he has continued to contribute to the growth and operational efficiency of the organization. Prior to this, he spent a decade at Sigma Pensions Limited (now Access ARM Pensions Limited) holding key roles, including Company Account Officer, Head of Operational Risk Management Unit, and Head of Internal Audit Unit at various times.

He began his professional journey in 2002 with Lennards Nigeria Plc as an Account Officer. In 2007, he transitioned into the energy industry as Accountant I at the Power Holding Company of Nigeria Plc (PHCN), Benin City, Edo State, where he was responsible for revenue collection reports and managing debtors’ accounts of the Ugbowo Business District.

Elliot is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). In addition, he is a Certified Professional in Business Continuity and Risk Management from reputable global institutions. He holds an HND and a B.Sc. in Accounting.

With his strong technical background, leadership skills, and proven industry expertise, Elliot continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial reporting framework and operational resilience of NPF Pensions Limited.

Abimbola Tanimowo currently heads the Contributions and Collections Department where she deploys and displays her wealth of experience acquired in the pension and customer service industries to drive organizational objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Her career journey started in Customer Service where she developed a passion for delivering exceptional service and a dedication to superior customer service. With several certifications on Relationship Management coupled with hands-on experience, she has been able to hone her passion for exceptional service delivery.

In 2005, she made a career transition to the pension industry as a pioneer staff of Legacy Pension Managers. Over the years, her career grew in the Nigerian pension industry with most of her experience spanning across fund accounting, investment, Collections and Customer Service. As a result of her dedication and commitment to organizational growth, she has had numerous opportunities to serve in various leadership capacities in a number of leading pension organizations in Nigeria like Apt Pension Fund Managers Ltd and Trustfund Pensions Plc.

Abimbola holds a B. Sc (ED) degree in Economics from the University of Abuja, Abuja as well as an MBA degree from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria. She is also an Associate Chartered Economist of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN), a member of National Institute of Management (NIM) and a senior member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management.

Maimuna B. Aminu is a seasoned professional in the Nigerian pension industry, with over 19 years of progressive experience in retirement Benefits Administration, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Maiduguri, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, completed in 2008 and 2011 respectively.

Maimuna began her career at Sigma Pensions (now Access-ARM), where she held several positions including Marketing Executive, Zonal Customer Service Officer, and ultimately, Senior Analyst – Unit Head, Submission & Payment Unit.

In 2018, she joined NPF Pensions Limited – Unit Head, Retirement, where she leads the retirement benefits processing unit. In this role, she is instrumental in driving operational improvements to enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Maimuna is a results-driven and highly organized pension administration expert with deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and process re-engineering. She is recognized for her strong problem-solving abilities, proactive leadership, and a consistent record of delivering exceptional service to retirees and stakeholders alike.

AHMED MUSA

Ahmed started his career in 2005 as a graduate trainee with First Bank Nigeria Limited. He has cognate experiences in both Operations and Retail banking and left the bank as a Business Manager.

He joined the Services of NPF Pensions Limited in 2015 as a Unit Head in Benefits Administration Department before his redeployment to Compliance Department in 2018.

Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science Degrees in International Relations and Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and Nassarawa State University respectively. Ahmed is currently a student member of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria.

Commencing his banking journey in 2004 as an Executive Trainee at Allstate Trust Bank (EcoBank), he swiftly transitioned to Afribank in the role of Executive Assistant the same year. Progressing further, Stanley joined Oceanic International Bank PLC in 2008, contributing as a Relationship Officer.

With an extensive tenure in the banking industry, Stanley Weje broadened his horizons by joining TrustFund Pensions PLC in 2010, dedicating four years to Business Development. His next pivotal role was at NPF Pensions Limited, where he served as the Regional Manager for the South South region for a commendable six years before assuming the role of Risk Manager.

His educational background, which includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rivers State University of Science and Technology and a master’s degree in human resources management from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, enriches his perspective and supports his work in various domains. Stanley Weje is also a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CPSMN) and the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI), further demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and excellence.

Hauwa Ismail Yahaya Sanusi joined NPF pl in 2014 as the Technical Manager to the Managing Director/CEO. She has 15 years cognitive working experience in Pension industry with robust knowledge in Human Resources Management and Administration where she served as the Deputy Head, HR and Admin Department.

She is a graduate of Secretarial Studies from Kaduna Polytechnic, where she holds HND from Kaduna Polytechnic She also holds bachelor’s degree (BSc.) in Public Administration from the Salem University, Lokoja Kogi State; and Master of Science (MSc.) in view in Human Resources from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

Prior to joining NPF Pensions, in 2014, Hauwa started her career with Apt Pension Managers Limited in 2007 within which she held various responsibilities.

Hauwa pays attention to details in assignments and duties and has attended various capacity and leadership trainings including courses at London Management Centre.
